Abstract
Podium presentation showing that a six-week, three-times-weekly lateral stepping training program improved performance of fourteen older adults (65+) on common clinical measures of balance (Timed Up and Go, Falls Efficacy Scale-International, Sensory Organization Test) and increased self-selected treadmill walking speed, with the improvements retained six weeks after the intervention ended.
