Abstract
Oral re-presentation, at the joint ISB/ASB congress, of the six-week lateral stepping training intervention, showing improved performance of older adults on the Timed Up and Go test, the Falls Efficacy Scale-International, the Sensory Organization Test, and self-selected treadmill speed, retained six weeks after training. First presented as a podium talk at the 2019 Conference in Human Movement Variability.
